Cash Pay
If you do not have coverage or your insurance is not accepted, we offer self-pay and package options without requiring a physician referral. Our team is happy to provide more information. Superbills are available upon request.

*Payment is due at your visit. We accept major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and checks. We DO NOT accept cash.
