Do I need a referral? Does insurance cover this? Do you accept my insurance?
Most insurance companies require a doctor’s referral. Private pay does not require a referral, although we prefer to have one to ensure coordination of care. Let your doctor know what your symptoms are and request a referral to our Hawaii Pelvic Therapy. Once they fax the referral to our office, we will contact you. See our list of insurances accepted.

Can you tell me more about your services and prices?
Please see services page for offerings outside of pelvic therapy. We'd be happy to discuss pricing with your directly.
