We know during the course of treatment, you may need to cancel an appointment. Due to our one-on-one 60-minute treatments, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our business, your PT, and other patients on the waitlist that could have been treated. Due to these reasons, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow us time to fill the schedule opening. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fifty dollar ($50) fee which is not covered by insurance. You may not schedule another appointment until this fee has been paid.
