Cancellation Policy 

We understand that circumstances may arise during the course of treatment that require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because we provide one-on-one 60-minute sessions, late cancellations and missed appointments significantly impact our practice, your physical therapist, and other patients who are waiting for care.

To ensure that we can offer timely appointments to all patients, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within this timeframe, a $50 fee will be applied. Please note that this fee is not covered by insurance. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until this fee has been paid.
